This is the rare GHE Happich parcel tray for VW Beetle which I saw in the GHE accessories catalog from 1958.
It is inserted obliquely from above and held by means of automatic clamping action.
The VW Beetle on the GHE picture has a great Petri steering wheel with the Sun and Moon horn button mounted, a glove box handle, a bud vase and the rare dehne folding shifter.
