Shipping and Handling

Shipping and Handling rates are including tax and based on order weight and destination.

All products will be shipped via German Post Registered Airmail Letter (0-1700g) or DHL Parcel (>1700g) and will be dispatched within two working days. If you have any special requirements or requests please let us know at the point of order so that we can try to make these happen for you.

Worldwide shipping, e.g. to USA, Brazil, Thailand or Japan, for up to 500g is 10 USD and for up to 1000g it is 20 USD. Shipping prices depends of the weight and destination.

Order Tracking

Your tracking number will be posted as soon as it is available. You should receive an email notifying of the shipment status with a link to track your order. If you did not receive a tracking number or shipment notification in a timely manner, please contact us.

DHL Germany: Copy the German DHL Parcel Shipping Number and track your parcel at www.dhl.de/trackandtrace

DHL Worldwide: To track the DHL Parcel worldwide, open DHL Germany and use the tracking nr from shipping email, now search for "UPU code / Match Code" and copy it, open e.g. DHL USA and paste "UPU code / Match Code".
