VW Beetle Deutschland D-Sign country badge

Great vintage VW Beetle Deutschland D-Sign country badge in used condition with good patina. The chrome frame has a soft dent which is hard to see (see last picture, from the middle a little to the left, illuminated by light). The mount brackets is for the old style VW Bug bumper. Even the vintage bolts are there, stamped “Knipping 5D”, used by Volkswagen in the 50ies to 60ies. The size of the D-badge is 18 x 11,5 cm which is the correct size for the classic VW Bug. Made in Germany.
