Mercedes 280S W108 first aid kit NOS with BOX

Vintage Mercedes 280s (W 108) first aid kit from Germany in new old stock (nos) condition. The green first aid box is still in the original great paper box. The first aid box is in very good condition and the paper box is strong aged. On the Box is written “Kraftwagen-Verbandkasten, DIN 13164, geprüft 1710/69 (year 1969)”. Inside are the original old first aid supplies, equipment and first aid instructions. The size of the box is 26,5 x 17 x 8 cm. A made in Germany accessory for classic Mercedes 280 S.
