blue Hella KL KLJ 80 beacon 2RL003129-01

Used Hella KL (J) 80 light beacon with rotary function not working. I put 12V on it and the bulb burns but the light does not rotate. The blue base is without dents and good. The lens is a bit dirty but the dirt can be removed easy and after cleaning good. The lens is stamped with "Hella, Made in Germany, CH1 128001, CH1 128002”. The base is stamped with "Hella Made in Germany, 2RL 003 129-01, H1, 24V, 70W, K8603, 71357". The motor is stamped with "12V / 24V". The base diameter is 22cm, the height of the base is 5cm and the total height is 23cm. It comes with the under base sealing.
