Bosch fanfare horns HO ESA 6V

A set of 6v Bosch fanfare horns in good used condition. Both horns are without dents and damages. At the rear side are screw terminal connectors. I tested the horns with 6 volt and they do not work. The horns can be opened and in most cases they will work after the contacts are cleaned with sand paper. One fanfare horn is stamped with “HO / ESA 6A5” and the other with “HO / ESA 6A6” for low and high tone. Both are made by BOSCH GERMANY IMPORTE D ALLEMAGNE. The last pictures shows one horn grill after a few seconds of polish. The horns are together 4300g heavy, the diameter is 12 cm and they are about 10 cm height. The last three pictures are from Bosch VW parts catalog 1956 and they show the mounting options at VW Beetle.
